No welcome email

I recently placed an order with Virgin but I have had no contact from yourselves or a welcome email about the order. I’ve received the Pre-Contract Order Documents but nothing else, so I can’t track my order or set-up MyVirginMedia. 

Any help is much appreciated! Thanks
