No welcome email

Hi,

On the 20th of August I placed an order and received a confirmation email with the "Chosen delivery date" written as the 23th of August. I was expecting to receive a welcome email that would contain details to allow me to create an account and track my order, but I still haven't received one.

I haven't received my order, and I haven't been sent a welcome email as a follow-up to the confirmation email either (as of today, 25th of August). I'm unsure what I should do.
