No welcome email

Hi,

 

I signed up to a new contract the other day, and I'm waiting to receive my welcome email. When will this arrive? I am anxious because I desperately need to know that everything is working as expected and I can expect that the engineer will be coming on 9/7 (this has already been pushed back once).

Hello - I hope you had your issue sorted out. 

I have exactly the same issue - I have received no welcome e-mail and I am a new Virgin Media Customer. 

An engineer came and helped an install here on Tuesday last week, I received a physical leaflet with my account number and nothing else - When trying to register this doesn't work either. 

I have waited and paid for calls to the customer service number to be told someone would call me back which they have not. 

Can you please get back to me asap?
