No welcome email or texts

Hi, 

I signed up to Virgin Media Broadband last Thursday, 02/07 and opted to have my Virgin Media Hub delivered to a click and collect point today, 06/07.

I was told I'd get a welcome email within 2-3 days however I haven't received a welcome email from Virgin yet, so I can't set up a 'My Virgin Media' account to track my order and check if everything's okay with my order and direct debit. 

I also tried calling Virgin Media, and they said they'd texted me so I could communicate with them, which I also haven't received yet, in over an hour.

Please can somebody get in touch with me so I can receive the welcome email and check my order and delivery status.
