No welcome email or post

Hi, I joined Virgin over a month ago and had the installation 10 days ago. I have never received any email from Virgin which makes me think the customer service advisor took down my email wrong when I first registered. Can someone assist me with getting this sorted please as I’m currently unable to get registered to an online account. We also haven’t had our voucher through for Amazon Prime either, which was included on our deal.
