No welcome email or bill

Hi, two months ago we ordered a wifi box hub 3. We have received it and it has been set up and working perfectly. Thought the two months I have tried several times to log into my account and contact help services but I can’t o neither since I never received a bill or a welcome email with my account number and area reference on. For the past two days the wifi has not been working properly and we don’t know what to do. I can’t log into my account or phone the helpline. I have also not been charged for the wifi bill even though when ordering I put in my account details. Help would be appreciated. Thanks

Typically you can check if there is a local fault here virg.in/service However, in this case, I am sending you a private message.
