No welcome email - need area reference code for My Virgin Media

Hi there, 

I've just signed up with Virgin through a 3rd party (RightMove). I haven't received a welcome email yet, though I managed to get the acc number from RightMove. Could anyone please advise me of the area code for Norwich (NR1)?

The area code for Norwich is 22.
