Hi, I upgraded my package on the 12th October, had the thankyou email and order summary but nothing since. There is nothing on my homepage to suggest it is pending. Any idea how long these things take these days?
Sorry to hear that your upgrade doesn't seem to have changed and that you've not received any email. You should be able to see any changes via your online account if you upgraded on the 12th. Can I ask how you made the upgrade? Was it via an agent when contacting us and if so, did they confirm the order whilst on the call?
Hi Lisa, I did the upgrade from my homepage on the website. It was a loyalty discount. Nothing has changed in my package details and the offer is still showing as available. Do you think I should just reorder?
