No welcome email and internet is down

Hi everyone

I just moved into my new flat last thursday evening on the 17th and I signed up with Virgin right away with the concierge because that's what the apartment uses, but I still haven't received the welcome email with my customer number and last night on saturday the internet went down so I'm assuming the 2 issues are related somehow.

I did a factory reset on the hub 3.0 and it didn't help

so I'm at a loss here to what to do. Can anyone shed some light?
