No way of contacting virgin media via phone / # Ofcom

Absolutely no way of establishing communication with virgin media to switch my service before they decide to role me onto a new contract with ridiculous charge while new customers get far better deals at a fraction of what I’m paying for current broadband service...
tried calling for 5 days now numerous times of day for different lengths of time on hold. The longest being over 1 hour 3 mins before being cut off.
tried chat help with no success/ that’s if it ever connects you to an actual person.
emails go unanswered...
will start the process of reporting this with all my evidence to Ofcom and other regulatory bodies on Monday of nothing comes of this.
still on hold on the phone while I type this 45 mins now
