Yesterday, I reported that box AK0409 in Gainsborough had been damaged and the door was swinging open and the cables were exposed.
Today, we have got no TV or broadband / phone connection. Having rechecked the damaged box, it appears that some idiot has pulled the cables out from where they were connected overnight.
I have contacted customer services who advise they can't get an engineer out until Wednesday.
Considering this is ultimately a health and safety issue and having an impact on customers lives (as we are paying for something we can't use), I don't think this is a good enough response.
Can someone look into this and action ASAP.
