No response to request for password reset

I need to reset my password but have had no response to two requests to reset it. I have an ntlworld address and cannot access my account, despite having same password for many years. I now have to work from home and want to use the app to check Wi-Fi etc but can’t access it.

Can you please confirm that you currently have an active Virgin broadband account?

Yes we have had this broadband account For about 15 years
