No response from Virgin Media

Virgin Media is not responding to text messages, emails, Twitter posts, online messaging - nothing works. Can anyone help?

If you are sure it is unauthorised, and not contractual, then get your bank to give you your money back and let them fight it out.

What is the unauthorised item?

An admin fee. I've already been told via PM it can't be resolved in this forum and received a message saying "Sorry to hear that, I do not have access to your bills but can transfer you to the department who can assist you further, please note that replies are not instant and someone will be in touch asap. Have a great day and stay safe." I'm sorry but "get your bank to give you your money back and let them fight it out" isn't going to solve the issue.

... then, given the forum has advised you that your issue can’t be resolved here, why are you still here?

Use the methods I am sure you have been offered - the phone or text. Services are understaffed and overused. Patience is a virtue. Stay safe.
