Ordered broadband upgrade online on Thursday 11th February. Although I have email with order number there’s no record of purchase in my orders. Nothing from Yodel either

I am afraid we won't be able to do upgrades here on the forums, however we can check on them to see what's happening or give you advice.
I can see you recently spoke to someone on the phone, did you manage to speak to them about this particular issue?
Apparently there is no note of our upgrade and online weren’t authorised to sell to us in the first place. Very frustrating and no progress other than we need to call in again!
