No phone but virgin has been billing me for one for 2.5 yrs

Virgin did not install the phone when they provided me the TV / phone service.  Apparently the engineer could not install it - but I have just discovered tgatvurgin gas not adjusted the bill.  I am unable to get through to anyone in customer services to discuss this.  What should I do?

Hey Kbearfield,

 

I can see that you have been in touch with the team and they have now converted your telephone line to work via your hub not the traditional socket. Are you now satisfied with the resolution from this by the team?
