No order confirmation

On 27th Jan I placed an order for an upgraded package and received my an email with a CSS number, I then completed the order and input my bank details for the Direct Debit but have not had anything else like a confirmation email. The CSS had an expected contract start date of 3rd February which has now come and gone. Did my order not go through? How do I know what is happening? There is nothing in the recent orders on my online account.
