No order confirmation email

Hi, 2 days ago I placed and order for broadband with self install but never received an order confirmation of any kind to tell me the order actually went through. I understand it takes up to 3 days for the account to activate, but to not get any confirmation of the order being placed is odd and makes me wonder whether it went through. I checked all spam folders.

Can someone please help with this?
