No netflix

Before we moved we had Netflix included in our account. We have exactly the same package now but cannot get Netflix. I have been promised an activation code but still have nothing after a month. Can  anyone tell me how to rectify this please

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your Netflix account, what happens, when you try to login with the details that you used at your previous home?

Are you able to login to Netflix on any other device?
