No longer moving

Because of the Covid 19 virus, I am no longer moving house. So, I don't want the cancellation, I requested, of my Virgin services to go ahead. I cannot find anywhere on the Virgin site nor anyone to phone, where I can get this sorted.

There are many, like yourself, who have decided to leave but are not able to do so because your new supplier are unable to help.

Your only recourse is to either phone or text and join the very large queues.

Thank you. I tried the phone but kept getting hung up on when taken down a set of questions.
