No longer a virgin media cutomer

Apparently I'm no longer a VM Customer. I've been cut off with kids at home and on lockdown working from home. My bill is up to date and the direct debit was taken today for the month. Very annoyed. Any advice would be great, going round and round on the help page and nobody answering the phone due to covid19.
