Hi, I was told that VM will send me a letter because I do not know my account number yet ( unable to access my old email). I had a text communication at help desk. However, I have not received any letter yet . When I call VM, I am asked my account number which I don't know. What should I do next? Please help me.
I had a text communication with a nice VM staff. She helped me straightaway after some security questions. She was very swift and professional. She send me an email in my new mail address. Thank you again
