No installation confirmation and can't sign into virgin media account

I ordered setup my virgin media package on Tuesday and the delivery is scheduled for today but I have had no confirmation. 

My email address isn't recognised when I try log into my account and my postcode isn't recognised when I try and track the delivery. 

The only documents I have are "pre-contract documents". 

I tried to phone but don't have an account number so couldn't get through to anyone.

I am having the exact same issues today. No confirmation or anyway to find out what’s happening. I have been waiting in all day after taking the day off work. Can you please advise.
