Please can somebody within virgin media sort out my lack of free Amazon prime part of my contract signed in August. I am led to believe that someone should send me a code. A virgin media employee asked for my account details and has not got back to me. I have logged complaints and no reply. Yet I have been sent out surveys on how the complaint was handled . The other option was a credit note for which I would now rather have then I could purchase Amazon myself for a year . Football on Amazon this week I won’t get to watch it . Customer service ??
