No follow up information about new order.

I have recently placed an online upgrade to my package three days ago now, and although I have received the initial email about the upgrade, cannot find any further order information, nothing on 'My Account' or 'Mobile app'. Had selected Self Install,  and delivery was for Monday the following week.

was wondering if the order should show up.

Thanks for posting. Sorry for the confusion about the order. I've checked the system and cannot locate any orders.
