I have ordered a broadband and tv package and received the order confirmation. I have emailed my verification details but do not receive a confirmation of whether these have been accepted or not. I have called the support twice but they fail to resolve this issue. Now, I have no idea where i am at in this process and i am considering cancelling the order completely. I just want to set up the account and be provided with a delivery date.
