Id like to say customer service is bad, but there is none.
Phone lines do not work.
Website does not work.
No email to customer service.
I want to change my package as I am paying over £140 a month and want to reduce this during Covid, but there is no way to change it. So what do I do? The only option is to cancel my direct debit, move to Sky and wait for someone at Virgin to decide to contact me? I have no other option.
