When my sim was switched to o2 I was told I would be charged by o2 but then my bill with Virgin would be credited with that amount, that worked last month but this month I've been charged £33.49 with o2 but haven't been credited by Virgin. Can't get a reply when I try to speak to someone and I refuse to talk to a chatbot. I'm really thinking of taking my business elsewhere, I've been with virgin over 30 years and stayed loyal to them as always had great service but it is no longer the same. I don't really know what to do next. I can't afford to pay twice for a service.
