No contract sent

Hi,

I signed up this week for Virgin broadband and TV and have yet to receive the contract as pomised, I’ve seen this is an issue a lot of people have been experiencing and they have not been receiving their kit also, can I get some confirmation around my account. I need to have WIFi when I move into my new flat and virgin is the only provider.
