2 weeks ago I placed and order for Broadband only package and also received a confirmation email, stating the order had been placed.
now, two later, I have still not received a contract or welcome package or bill via email, therefore I cannot create an virgin media account.
My order is meant to arrive today, but I have serious doubts it will since I have not received an further confirmation apart from that first order confirmation.
please help, can I expect it to arrive today or has the order not gone through?

I am sorry to hear you have not received any confirmation for the install. We would expect a contract letter to be sent to you within a few days of placing the order.
I will need a few details in order to check on the order status as due to the current circumstances some installs have been placed on hold.
