No contract has been sent?

I've just collected my new virgin router for switching over but I haven't been sent my account details or my contract. I have the order confirmation and that's about all.

 

Can anyone help?

You should be able to view your current/past bills, and current contract details, within your "my Virgin Media" online account.

Well I can't register with My Virgin Account because they haven't sent me any details...

Hi Alex,

 

No, unfortunately, not I checked both folders and still nothing has come through.

I've had my email confirming that I would be sent another email from the web team so it seems my email account is letting things through ok.
