I haven't received any contract email. It started in February 2021.
If you login to your "myVirginMedia" online account, there is an option to download PDF copies of your contract & recent bills.
Apart from the obvious "check your spam filters", trying to locate an email from 5ish months ago may just be needle & haystack territory. The online contrat should be identical.

I am sorry to hear you appear not to have received the email from us containing your contract.
As @japitts has advised, you can find a copy of your contract via My Virgin Media > My Bills > View Contract
