No contract e-mail received (broadband)

I placed an order on the 22nd April and received a confirmation of order email stating that an email would be sent to me shortly with a link to my contract. I still haven’t received this email -checked for it in spam box as well.

I tried calling customer service multiple times, but haven’t been able to get through.

I am supposed to collect the quickstart pack from collectPlus store on 8th May, but I’m unsure if they're still coming.

I'm moving to a new house next week and I need an internet connection to work from home.

DD has already been placed under my bank account.

If the order is not moving through I would like to know as I will try another internet provider.
