No connection charge billing

I have had my account suspended yet bill charged In full.

I had a high bill.  So I spoke to the team who told me that they will put the account on hold so I could pay the bill.  Then I was charged another bill on top of the one that has not been cleared.  My services has been suspended.  I have no phone or internet or TV service.  They have charge my bill for the month of May in full.  I have tried to call but no reply’s.

Thanks for replying

I can have a look and advise, but i need to pass security first and wont be able to alter anything if it has been suspended 

Can you check the purple envelope top right of your screen
