Re: No confirmation of cancellation, even after promises
I have had verbal confirmation and written confirmation on an online chat of the cancellation but no explanation as to why it says I have new services in my order (How is this possible if ALL services are being cancelled and I will no longer have a contract with virgin)? Also both online chat and on the phone with many different agents all of them say I should receive an email as well. However from other forum posts you say that there are no email confirmation. This whole fiasco summarises the reasons why I’m leave virgin in the first place.
