No confirmation of cancellation, even after promises

Good afternoon,

I have cancelled my contract back on the 16th of January and was promised an email confirmation after 24hrs. This has not been received even after 3 more calls and promises that this would happen. 

Can i please have confirmation of the cancellation that will take effect on the 16th of Feb. 

Would not think that this would be so hard.

I have this is my orders and appointments which is confusing me further. I CANCELLED the contract giving my 30days notice, i DID NOT order new services. Can someone please advise.

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums and I'm sorry to see that getting some confirmation on the cancellation of the services has been problematic.

 

I can see that you have since been able to speak to our team in regards to this matter. Has this now been resolved for you or do you still seek our assistance?

Hi David,

 

I have had verbal confirmation and written confirmation on an online chat of the cancellation but no explanation as to why it says I have new services in my order (How is this possible if ALL services are being cancelled and I will no longer have a contract with virgin)? Also both online chat and on the phone with many different agents all of them say I should receive an email as well. However from other forum posts you say that there are no email confirmation. This whole fiasco summarises the reasons why I’m leave virgin in the first place.

There's two orders, one is the disconnection as you know about. The other is for the returns packaging.
