No confirmation of any kind

I booked an engineer appointment through virgin media chat. The person in the chat said that it was booked for 23rd january morning but i havent recived any confirmation and it is also not showing up in the https://my.virginmedia.com/trackorder/my-orders.html so do need to book it again or is it okay and the engineer will show up on the promised date. thank you.
