No confirmation email

I placed an order on Wednesday (7/10) for broadband only deal, I was told I would receive an email in the next 48 hours to receive my account number to create an account and another email to confirm the delivery for today(10/10) but I have still received nothing in my spam folder or regular inbox. I have used the chat bot to try and help but it keeps asking for the account number which I do not have. I have also tried calling customer services and they have asked for the password for my account which I have not made as I do not have the account number. I have no idea what to do so any help would be appreciated

Ordered a broadband only package. I didn’t receive a confirmation email but I did receive an initial email which said The box would be delivered on the 30th of December. 

Still not received anything and haven’t had a reply to my queries, not a great start.

Hi, the order was for broadband and phone line package.  It was placed on the 23rd December and it was supposed to be delivered to my local Tesco store on the 30th Dec.

I did not receive a tracking number, just an order ref.
