No confirmation email

Hi, I placed an order for broadband and landline on the 10th to be delivered today (the 15th) and have had no confirmation after the initial order summary email. I’ve not fully moved into the home it’s to be installed in yet and so have to make sure I’m here when I expect it to be delivered. Customer service says they can’t help as I haven’t received an account number for them to pull up the account and order. How can I track this order to see if it will actually get delivered today? And can I rearrange the delivery if it isn’t?
