No cable laid and no contact

Hello,

So it’s been 5 months since we ordered virgin and had 5 engineers visiting including cable layers and still no services or cable.

I have been billed TWICE for services I don’t have and I been given every single contact number from Sunday and still got absolutely no where at all, I cannot get in contact with the construction team at all to try get this cable put in.

im pretty much out of options and will probably cancel it all

I'm very sorry to hear that you still haven't been able to use the services yet. I am unable to cancel the services over our community. But we do wish to look into this for you.
