No broadband Welcome email

We purchased a package a month ago and haven’t  received a welcome email for setting up a virgin media account which it says on the order it’ll turn up in 3 days

we also haven’t received the contract by post.

we tried contacting virgin and we were told to just “wait” so now we are totally stuck for what to do now since we even had the install engineer come and go aswell (wasn’t able to install for us since cable needs putting in but still)

Does anyone have any ideas since well support didn’t

Sorry to hear that you haven't got your Welcome pack from us yet. has this changed since you last posted? 

 

Have you checked your inbox and junk/spam folder in your mailbox? The mails can sometimes find their way into the junk folder.

 

has there been any further update about your new install date?

Sadly we still haven’t received the email and it’s not in the junk folders.

we have a new date for the 25th with the cable being put in before that I hope!
