On 23rd October I wrote cancelling my contract with VM (which anyway finishes on 20th November, due to the 18 months duration running out). I sent this via recorded delivery at 15:05 on that date, according to the receipt.
I have not received an acknowledgment. I have not been told where to send VM's hardware when the contract comes to an end, as requested in the letter. I haven't received any indication when they are going to come and repair the holes in the wall that they've created, as requested in the letter.

Royal Mail tracking is a useful thing. The cancellation letter was received on 25th October.
