Hi,
I'm facing a similar issue where I haven't got an account number to be able to make an account after placing an order with virgin media for WiFi and stream box. I checked the order documents and the account number was just listed as "-". Is there any help I could get? Thanks

Hi, please help I have the same issue. Need to change install date that was given 3 weeks early to date I picked. They are coming on Monday and I only got a message late yesterday. Can’t change online without account number. Thanks
