I have ordered a wi-fi router a week ago and I haven’t heard anything since. I'm unable to schedule the appointment to deliver my wifi hub as I don't have a MyVirginMedia account. However, I'm unable to create an account as I do not have an account number. I only received a Pre-Contract email when I bought my wifi but the account number and area reference sections were both left blank. I have not paid any bills yet either so do not have my account number on there. I can't phone Virgin Media because they ask for account number.

I would be grateful for any help ASAP
