Hello I recently signed up for a student deal. I’ve received two emails from you, one being the pre contract documents and the other being the order summary. The section where it says account in the pre contract documents is blank meaning I have no way to sign in to my virgin media and track my order. The router is meant to arrive today but it’s now 6 and I have heard nothing and have no way to contact virgin without my account number even though I have the order reference number. Any help would be appreciated
