No account number

Hi,

I bought the broadband package about a month ago and never received a welcome email with an account number or anything - all I got was an email with pre contract documents and no way of contacting anyone or logging in, the system doesn’t seem to have my email registered. The estimated delivery date was 18 august and nothing has yet arrived, we are stuck without internet and this is terrible because we work from home - could someone please sort this out? Thanks!

Sorry to hear you've not received any contract information. Can you confirm if you've tried the sales team on 0800 183 1234 to check your order?

Hi Alex,

I just tried that, but like the other number I have been phoning it asks for my account number, and I either don’t have or don’t know my account number (perhaps because I didn’t receive a welcome email).
