I have ordered a premium bundle for self installation on the 31st July. However I have been cut off with the WiFi I already have. I am a new customer to virgin so do not have an account number or area code. Meaning I’m not able to log into an account.


please can someone help me with this asap as I am now without WiFi and I need it for work

Can I just clarify, do you mean you have installed with us on the 31st or are you still awaiting installation? 

I am awaiting installation on the 31st August
