No account number

I ordered a virgin media broadband package on 05.05.2021 ready for moving to my new house this week. I requested delivery and installation either Friday morning (04.06.2021) or the following morning. The order summary email says I should have heard within 48 hours to accept/reject these requested timeslots. I haven’t heard anything as of yet and am worried I won’t. I have no welcome email and no bill as I am a new customer, so can’t get past the automated questions when phoning due to having no account number, and can’t login to my account for the same
