Hello, 

I recently signed up to virgin media (broadband only) and had an email regarding pre-contract documents and order summary but nothing since. I have tried registering an account and ringing customer services but need account number for both, which I don’t have, can someone please help? 

no equipment has been delivered to current or new address

No my equipment is due to arrive today. I can access my account number and my area code

Hi 

I am having the same issue as those above I have ordered virgin media broadband and it was supposed to arrive yesterday but i have had nothing. I have only received an order summary email with nothing else to follow
