Hi everyone,
I signed up to virgin media last night and added my address. The address of my place is a range of two numbers e.g 34-36 X Road, London. I was not able to select or insert my specific flat number. After signing the contract I received a confirmation email stating that my broadband kit will be sent to the wrong house number of the two. Can you please send me my account number and area code to change my delivery address as my kit will arrive on Saturday 23/09/2023. I cannot talk with an operator on the phone as I am missing my account number.

Sorry to see that there has been some confusion with the address ☹.
Have you received an email with the conformation of the contract or any delivery information? As there should be your account number on there.

Hi Arissa, thanks for your message. I have received 2 pdf documents of the contract but the account number and area code have a - next to them. I can only see the order reference and the contract summary sheet number. Since I don’t have the account number I cannot get through to an operator when calling your contact number. Is there a way to receive these by email? Harry
