No account number in welcome email

I register a new boardband service on 21st Oct, in the email it said it will send installation kit on 24th Oct, surely nothing appears, I try to call the hotline, keep on ask me key in the account number, I've talked to the support in my email only Contract information sheet number exist.

Use my post code to check, it will comes up my landlord's information, so I really dunno have I registered in your service, or how can I cancel it, where can I seek help?
