All of my neighbours can access Virgin media but we cannot. We have spent the last 5 years calling and messaging Virgin to join and have their services & each time we are promised helped and it never happens, I gave up trying as it made me angry: I would really like someone’s help to find out why the whole street can get the services and we can’t.

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another.
